Local Client Provisioning plug-in for VoIP

This plug-in enables developers to create SIP-based, VoIP-related settings from a file to a S60 device. Usage of this plug-in eliminates the need for Over the Air (OTA) settings provisioning with SMS. With the plug-in developers can, for example, include their own VoIP settings in a .sisx file that end users can install.
